While the hotel offers great beach access and helpful staff, the rooms are quite outdated and need improvement. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right on the beach with plenty of dining options nearby. While my room was clean and provided a nice view, the service was quite frustrating, especially when trying to get beach chairs. The dining options were underwhelming and repetitive, and the staff seemed more focused on tips than guest satisfaction. Overall, it's a place that might appeal to some, but others may want to look elsewhere.

The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable, right on the beach and centrally located for shopping and nightlife. The rooms are nice and comfortable, though not overly fancy. The service was excellent overall, with just a few hiccups at the front desk. Dining was enjoyable with great food, but it could have been even better; despite that, it felt like great value for the all-inclusive option offered.
